At Who Loves You, we firmly believe that you are naturally creative, resourceful, and whole.
This principle, shared by the International Coach Federation (ICF), underpins everything we do on our platform. It means that you—and every woman in our community—already possess the resources within to make the transformations you desire. Our role is not to guide you by giving all the answers but to create a safe and supportive space where your inner strength and wisdom can shine.
Before discovering coaching, I thought it was about giving advice and solutions. I believed I needed to be an expert in someone else’s world to help them. But through studying coaching, I learned this powerful truth: people are already resourceful.
At first, I found myself tempted to fill the gaps, especially when clients were struggling. I would sometimes ask leading questions or ease the pressure if they didn’t know the answer. But over time, I realised the most profound breakthroughs occurred when I trusted my clients to dig deep and allowed space for silence. In that silence—although often uncomfortable—lies the power for clients to discover their own answers.
As I leaned more into this belief, it became clear that people really do have everything they need for change. My job is simply to hold a safe, non-judgmental space where new perspectives and life-changing awareness can unfold. When clients find their own empowering insights, magic happens. There’s a shift—a rewiring of the brain—that leads to a transformation. A new way of seeing the world integrates into their being.
One of the most powerful moments I experienced as a coach was while training a group of women. One woman, in particular, bravely shared a deeply vulnerable issue. Instead of stepping in, I asked an open question and held the silence. In that space, she discovered her own strength, what she referred to as her ‘mana.’ She went from doubt to empowerment in a moment of deep internal discovery.
When we unpacked the experience, she said, “I felt you believing in me, holding the space for me to go into scary places and find my answer.” Her words resonated with me deeply, reinforcing the power of seeing clients as resourceful and whole.
At Who Loves You, we’re committed to holding that space for every woman. When we allow ourselves to let go of trying to ‘fix’ others and instead trust in their ability to find their own way, we create the conditions for real transformation.
